Morning Star Catholic School

The Morning Star Auxiliary had their annual Mass celebration on Friday, December 2. This year they celebrated with Bishop Noonan, Bishop of the Diocese of Orlando and Father Augustine Clark, Pastor of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
The students at Morning Star sang, read, and presented the Offertory gifts to the Bishop. We even gave the Bishop a basket of vegetables from our garden. The Bishop said he likes to come to Morning Star and we love to have him here. He likes to hear our singing and watch us do our sign language.
This is the one time the Auxiliary is with all the students. We are very happy to also have a chance to say thank you to them. They work very hard for us. This year they celebrated 50 years together. That is a big accomplishment.
Ms. Carol Brinati wrote a special prayer for the Auxiliary and read it to them. We had a special visitor – Sister Elizabeth Marie, S.S.J. She was principal here for 39 years. That is a big accomplishment too.
The students are very happy to be able to celebrate Mass with Bishop Noonan who is always excited to see us. We also enjoy Mass with Father Augustine every Monday at
